Wave Crest Timeshare Resort is an amazing property in Del Mar, CA along the coast.  If you are an owner who has a need to sell your share(s) or if you are interested in purchasing a week, the following information will be helpful:

 

From time to time, the Wave Crest Owners Association has weeks for sale. Owners, friends and the general public may purchase these.  You can contact the front desk staff at (858) 755-0100 to learn what is available at the time. If are any weeks available, our staff will put you in touch with someone who will work with you to become a Wave Crest owner!

 

For private party sales, there are two timeshare specialty companies that are familiar with Wave Crest and work with buyers and sellers from our property. They are eager to help match buyers and sellers and oversee all aspects of the purchase or sale.  Their names and contact are listed below.

You also can handle a private party sale by yourself, without an agent. If you would like to use an escrow firm, we suggest contacting Robin Williams at Chicago Title Timeshare Division to help with escrow and title insurance. They are located in Rancho Bernardo and their phone number is (858) 207-0626. You will need to notify the county and our management company (Grand Pacific Resorts) of the change in title and pay the associated fees.
