Beach Break is much desired and can be difficult to acquire. Because availability is based on cancellations and unreserved weeks, reservations are only made within 7 days of check in which can be difficult in scheduling for you. Therefore a majority of the available Beach Break weeks fall in the window of mid November through mid February and are almost always studios.

Additionally, BB reservations are limited so you are able to schedule first a maximum of three nights. If after the three nights the unit or another unit is still available, we can add additional nights at that time. Understandably this may seem a little confusing at first but we are always here to answer questions.
