Dear Wave Crest Owner,

The Wave Crest Board of Directors is very happy to announce the selection of our new management company, Grand Pacific Resorts Management (GPRM).  After an extensive evaluation process by the owner based Property Management Selection Committee and approval by your Board, GPRM will be assuming management of Wave Crest Resort on October 1, 2015.

 

We want to thank the Committee members Scott Gray, Chairman, and members Patricia Krusee, Art Gontier and Mauricio Reyes.  They worked very hard to evaluate the possible candidates and present the Board with their recommendations.  This was an active process and we appreciate the input we received from other owners and their recommendations.

 

GPRM is a full service timeshare management company with over 20 years of experience and currently manages over 20 resorts.  We look forward to working with GPRM to manage and maintain Wave Crest consistent with our Standards of Excellence.  We are especially excited for them to assist us in updating and improving Wave Crest in the years to come.

 

GPRM will be sending out communications to you in the coming weeks with additional information and provide details on specific benefits and resources now available to you as owners as a result of their management of Wave Crest.

 

We also want to take a moment to thank Hotel Management Group (HMG) and their employees for the excellent support they have provided us during this last year, particularly Mike and Paula.  HMG stepped into a very difficult situation a year ago and has accomplished a lot for us improving our resort during the year they were with us.  Thanks HMG.
