The Association is selling 6 Surf Studios. We want to offer them to owners (and friends of owners) first using a simple bidding process. The board set the minimum bid at $2199, which includes all closing costs and fees. These will be eligible for the upcoming reservation process and first maintenance fees are due in August of 2019.

 

Click on this link (Bidding link) to place your bid. Feel free to pass the link to friends and family (they don't need to fill in the owner number). Bids will be accepted until December 17th, the highest 6 bids will be chosen, any bids at the same price will be selected by earliest date submitted.
