We are pleased to also report that our legal issues with Wave Crest Holdings (WCH) are over. An agreement with WCH has been reached that was acceptable to the board and the court officially closed the case on January 31st. All claims by WCH against the Association have been dismissed and cannot be re-filed,  the validity of our original CC&Rs stating that our property cannot be sold prior to 2033 was upheld and WCH cannot legally challenge our recently amended CCR’s preventing sale before 2065.
