The Annual Operating Budget for the 2013/2014 Use Year has been approved by the Board of Directors and mailed to all Wave Crest Owners.  A copy of the Budget Letter and disclosure package can be found here:  2013/2014 Budget Letter

 

2013/2014 Maintenance Fees:

 

Studio:  $728

1-Bed:  $854

2-Bed:  $1,053

 

As a reminder, the maintenance fees are due August 1, 2013.
