The Annual Meeting was conducted on Friday October 9th via Zoom. There were two positions on the Board up for election. Sascha Atta and Aseal Sandoval were elected to the board.
At the organiztional meeting following the Annual Meeting the following officer designations were appointed for the upcoming year.
Rick Vogt - President
Stuart Rosenberg - Vice-President
Aseal Sandoval- CFO
Sascha Atta-Secretary
Nick Woravka- Director
